Updated June 24th, 2024: New looks of the Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Oxidized Green” just landed. While largely consistent with our last look at the shoe, at this stage, it appears that a higher material quality will mark this Fall drop; a pebbled leather Swoosh and satin-like liner the strongest arguments to that point. A release date of August 10th is currently set for the Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Oxidized Green,” with a $140 retail price expected. Get a look at the updated shots via @sneakerknockerzllc just ahead.
Updated June 7th, 2024: Additional images of the women’s Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Oxidized Green” have been uploaded courtesy of @xcsnkr. We now see that the leather Swoosh and heel panel feature a slightly pebbled texture, and gum soles appear underfoot. No firm release date has been set at the time of this writing, but pairs are expected to hit Nike SNKRS and select retailers in August 2024 for $140. The following article was published on May 7th, 2024:
While the modern Air Jordan 1 Low cut is released with more frequency, Jordan Brand’s Summer 2024 catalog shows plenty of love to the model’s OG low-top profile. Several pairs are already on the docket, including a “Shadow” colorway for May 11th and “Mocha” treatment for August, now joined by a new “Oxidized Green” women’s pair.
A first look surfaced by @thelegendwavegod reveals simple color blocking with “Oxidized Green” on the Swoosh and heel, complemented by “Sail” on the midsole so as to produce a vintage look and feel. While not an original colorway, it certainly gives off that impression, much like many of its seasonal counterparts that wear similar pre-aged treatments.
Not for nothing, “Oxidized Green” also appears on an upcoming Air Jordan 4 scheduled for July 2024. It boasts a similar look defined by titular-colored accents, white leather, and “Sail” treatments underfoot, landing perfectly in the same family as the AJ1 Low referenced here.
The shoes are expected to release August 2024, but no firm date has been confirmed at the time of this writing. Hit our Jordan Release Dates 2024 page for all the latest updates while we keep our ears up for more info.
