Sneaker News Miu Miu is ready to make another splash with the New Balance 530, this time presenting the conventional casual running lifestyle shoe as a mule. Already transforming the silhouette with a super-thin outsole and a concentration on a cowgirl theme, Miu Miu has chopped the heels off to create a slip-on Mule.
The sister label to Prada, Miu Miu has thoroughly distinguished itself with its more playful attitude and offerings, resulting in a renewed interest from younger crowds. Their earlier New Balance 530 collaboration was met with high praise earlier in February, even with the $1,120 MSRP. Now, they’ve transformed the shoe into a close-toed flat, with two colorways — one in a rich brown suede and a second that comes pre-scuffed and worn — revealed by Instagram account @the.d.cart.
