The adidas Forum 84 Low Is Prepped For The Paris Olympics

Most sneaker news surrounding the 2024 Olympics has been covered at this point with opening ceremony just a few days away, but new pairs are still bound to pop up sporadically before and during the Paris Games. On top of a performance-focused series, adidas continues to flush out its Olympic-themed lifestyle slate by way of collaborations and in-house offerings, the latter of which now includes a special Forum 84 Low colorway.

A lecture in “less is more,” adidas brings French flag colors to suede three stripes branding, matched on the tongue and forefoot portion of the outsole by similar red, white, and blue ensembles. The base of the shoe comes crafted out of white leather, while debossed gold Trefoil branding on the lateral sides lends a premium feel. Polishing off the look, official retailer images also reveal an off-white midsole and gum tread underfoot, comprising an applaudable fusion of Parisian and retro basketball aesthetics.

These release August 1st, 2024 via adidas and select retailers for $120; a notable $20 markup from mainline pairs given the special significance at play. See detailed images courtesy of BSTN below and turn to our “Where To Buy” section further down for purchase links on the drop date.
