“Cobalt Blue” Drapes The adidas Dame 9

Stealthy aesthetics as the Dame 9 continues its introduction.

“Cobalt Blue” Drapes The adidas Dame 9

The era of the Dame 9 is officially upon us. After knocking out its first few debut colorways with a noisy collab and allusions to his team history, sensible team-friendly options are seemingly the next vertical that the new silhouette is tackling. On tap now is a “Cobalt Blue” and (fitting) “Core Black” edition that debuts on November 1st.

Resulting in the darkest look for the model yet, “Core Black” is utilized in heavy doses from heel-to-toe, not only encapsulating the inner bootie section but also the wrap-around synthetics. Perhaps the most notable interruption to the stealthy do comes with the cut-outs at the midfoot, revealing wing-like stripes of blue & white that align well with the winged arrangement of Dame’s trademark logo. With the Bucks taking on an oceanic City Jersey for the 2024-25 season, there’s some matching opportunities for Dame on the horizon with this pair, but this largely presents as a clean edition that adds to a bevy of possible options to get in on the Dame 9.

As mentioned above, the adidas Dame 9 “Cobalt Blue” releases on November 1st, retailing for $120. Check out official images ahead and use our “Where to Buy” section to pick up yours upon arrival.
