The “Method Of Make” re-imagination of the Air Jordan 1 presented the iconic ’85 silhouette through the lens of luxury fashion, applying a Comme des Garcons-esque construction via the extended edges and a handbag-adjacent execution with textured leather and golden plaques. Now, the MM series is entering a new generation as a first look at a completely new style is revealed.

Official Nike images of the next Air Jordan 1 Low MM reveal a new neoprene upper, with the original silhouette lines stitched in to create a plush and padded effect. The threading is actually hidden into the upper to create a no-sew like appearance, save a few of the lines along the lace collar.

The purpose of Method Of Make is the communicate contemporary trends established on fashion week runways; this Air Jordan 1 Low is likened to puffy jackets as well as molded pieces typically found on outerwear.

A release date hasn’t been confirmed yet, but expect this “Earth” colorway alongside several others this Spring 2025 for $155.
