Liberty London, one of Europe’s oldest and most iconic destinations for high-end fashion, is convening with adidas on a collaborative capsule collection. Those familiar with Liberty’s history know that floral motifs have been a mainstay since day one, all the way back to when Arthur Liberty built his reputation off sourcing the finest vegetable-dyed Asian silks. Just like Liberty’s collaborations with Vans and Nike in the mid-2010s, the store’s selection of adidas apparel, accessories, and sneakers pays homage to the textures and patterns that made it a household name.
We’ve already spilled ink on a Gazelle and Stan Smith, but we’ve now uncovered four additional options for women and kids. Teeing off the quartet is a Gazelle in youth, children, and infant sizing, taken with soothing violet and navy treatments and embroidered florals across the base. The same fabric wraps the base of a Campus OOs for kids, while the women’s side is fed by the Country OG and platformed Gazelle Bold. The floral pattern on the two women’s shoes is brighter by comparison, with pops of red, blue, and yellow blooming out from the base.
The Liberty London x adidas Originals collection also includes bowling bags, track suits, tees, and more accessories for women and kids alike, all of which will be available on January 10th via adidas.com. See detailed images of the four shoes previewed here below if you’re considering copping.
