Detailed Look At Pharrell’s adidas Jellyfish

Updated March 9th, 2025: A detailed look at the adidas Jellyfish by Pharrell has been revealed. Featuring exaggerated dimensions and a number of floating overlays, the Jellyfish is expected to launch with a $300 MSRP this Fall.

If there were a Paris Fashion Week Hall Of Fame, Pharrell would be a unanimous selection. After previewing the Louis Vuitton ButterSoft sneaker alongside partner-in-crime Nigo, the streetwear icon just unveiled his next adidas shoe – the  adidas Jellyfish.

In short, Pharrell’s adidas Jellyfish can be described as a chunky, Balenciaga-esque reimagination of the adidas adiStar Cushion. The design of midsole is the same, albeit blown up in size, while the upper is reinforced by a ton of TPU where the Cushion features slimmer overlays. The images below come to us from Complex Sneakers, revealing an outdoorsy colorway of orange, olive green, white, and khaki. Pharrell has been spotted wearing the Jellyfish at various happenings in the lead-up to Paris Fashion Week, but this marks the first time we’ve gotten a comprehensive look.

Additional details shared by former adidas designer Zac Andrews revealed some additional details on the design, stating that the external pieces were designed to look as if they were floating around the shoe like a Jellyfish.

Pharrell and adidas haven’t floated a release date for the Jellyfish yet, but sources close to Sneaker News confirm a 2025 release with more colorways on the way. MSRP is expected to be $300.
