Supreme x Nike Air Max 1 Confirmed To Release On March 20th

The picture of Nike’s Air Max Day 2025 line-up continues to get in focus as more drops surrounding the annual festivities receive confirmation. Next up: Supreme and Nike’s first-ever collaboration on the Air Max 1 presented in that perfect intersection that captures street elegance. Read on to learn more.

Since its founding in 1994, Supreme has only worked on a handful of Air Max models, typically skewing to the late 90s for inspiration. For each of those projects, they’ve managed to transform the the running models with their unique alchemic touch, looping in unforeseen luxury through their selection of materials. We’ve seen smooth padded leather on their Air Max 95 and patent leather/snakeskin pairings on their Air Max 98; both of those collabs have managed to capture the essence of Supreme while highlighting the original design of the sneaker.

Their Air Max 1 isn’t much different. Each of the four offered colors are presented in leather constructions with “World Famous” boldly scripted onto the heel. There are some hallmark designs like the miniature Swoosh logo that consistently appear on the silhouettes most important collaborations, and a snakeskin texture that covers the standard Swoosh. Supreme branding seems minimal via the small box logo on the tongue, but the brand’s namesake is etched into the midsole at the heel — a true first for the Air Max 1.

Supreme will be dropping this collaboration this Thursday, March 20th exclusively at Supreme in-store at their chapter stores and online (Saturday at in select regions). Each pair will be $170.
