ASICS Pours Up The GEL-Kayano 14 In “Sprite” Colors

The weather is finally breaking, meaning its prime time for ASICS and its lineup of runners once again. As the GEL-Kayano 14 marches on as one of the brand’s most popular, it’s taking to some more far-flung inspirations, now clad in “Sprite” green and blue for the warmer months ahead.

You’ll note that this colorway begins in pretty familiar territory, making heavy use of the metallic silver overlays that helped it become the face of the “retro runners” category. Pair that with a dose of neutral whites and grays below, before moving onto the sugary title at play. A shorthand for the aquatic combination since the LeBron 8 Low took the same title, “Sprite” light green and royal blue peer through the branding at the quarter and the GEL units underfoot, the latter the most fitting application on this whole shoe.

The ASICS GEL-Kayano 14 “Sprite” is coming soon to the ASICS site, retailing for the usual $150 retail price. Enjoy official images below and keep watch over this pair via our Sneaker Release Dates page.
