Delta Airlines Celebrates Centennial With Nike Air Force 1 Low Collaboration

Good thing the TSA doesn’t require you to remove your shoes anymore, because these might be the flyest sneaker collaboration of the year. In celebration of its 100th Anniversary, Delta Airlines has partnered with Nike to release a limited edition Air Force 1 collaboration that is currently exclusive to employees of the aviation giant.

These first look images reveal a clean all-white upper with hits of navy blue utilized on the logo hits, such as the Swoosh border, the Nike Air on the heel, and special edition Delta 100 logo on the nylon tongue. The airline’s other signature color of red pops via the pyramidal logo embroidered on the heel.

This is not the first time Nike lent its product to create celebratory merchandise, but each and every instance in the past has resulted in a highly coveted collectors item. Could this Delta Airlines x Air Force 1 Low join those ranks?

Currently, the shoes are available exclusively to Delta Airlines employees through an employee only portal; a public release seems unlikely for the time being.
