Nike Air Max 95 mania isn’t set to subside anytime soon. The official reveal of the Nike Air Max 95 “City Pack” has only further cemented that fact (as if it was ever in doubt), with the 110 going from birthday boy to genuine face of the sportswear vertical as we’ve changed over from ’25 to ’26.
Though collaborations and special editions are certainly the ones that’ll grab sneakerheads’ attention, if the Nike Air Max 95 is to rekindle its life as an inescapable lifestyle shoe, it’ll need plenty of standout GRs as well to truly tap into the general public. To their credit, Nike has done an admirable job of doing so; there’s been no shortage of options for retail shoppers to pick from.
Marching on in that full-court press, two all-leather Air Max 95s have come to light, of a piece with a blackened “Jewel Swoosh” we covered at the very start of Q4. A swap in the uppers and Big Bubble cushioning to “Light British Tan” and “Cargo Khaki” marks the chief divergence, with mesh midlines and the titular silver branding intact. You’d need a deft hand and some yellow paint to really get the job done, but we can squint and see some “Corteiz” at home pair at work with the latter.
These two women’s-exclusive Nike Air Max 95 pairs are listed at overseas retailers for a February 23rd release. At the time of this writing, the previous murdered-out edition in this series has only dropped via European retailers; the same may go for these two updates.
