On a less limited front, the collision of soccer icons and Air Max classics marches on, most visible with the Nike Air Max 90 “Family Reunion” series but also through a range of Total 90 vs. Air Max 95 colorways. Capturing four editions so far, in vibrant red, subtle white/blue, refined burgundy, and metallic silver, another flashy editions hits the scene with this “Metallic Gold.” The winking allusions to the pitch icon, spread across the encircled 95 brand, checkered insoles, and visible Air Max text on the heel, all remain in place, this time outfitted in gilded uppers before a black contrast sole underfoot closes.
