Patent Leather Wraps A Knicks-Coded Nike Air Force 1 Low “Deep Royal Blue”

From standout in-house styles to hyped collaborations and everything in between, it’s safe to say Nike has righted the Air Force 1 ship when it comes to relevancy, not that the iconic silhouette ever lost its best-seller status to begin with. Call us prisoners of the moment, but with the Knicks set to hoist their championship banner tonight, we’re picking up some pretty strong NYC vibes from this latest pair for Fall/Winter 2026.

The AF1 has appropriately had its fair share of New York minutes throughout the Knicks’ championship run and its aftermath, from a premium orange style that saw limited local drops during the NBA Playoffs to an ’01 cut featuring Madison Square Garden graphics on the insoles. This latest pair obviously isn’t an intentional homage, but try telling that to Knicks superfans still riding high off the ’chip.

Honing in on one of the team’s two signature colors, official images reveal a “Deep Royal Blue” colorway built with patent leather overlays atop a matte leather foundation. The midsole breaks from the blue-heavy upper in crisp white, while oval lace dubraes take things all the way back to 1982.

The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Deep Royal Blue” releases Fall/Winter 2026 for $125 in men’s sizing. Check out official images below if you’re already plotting to cop.
