John Kim The Air Max renaissance continues and for the second year in a row, Air Max Day will put the Vapormax innovation front and center on a series of footwear releases that inform consumers of the past, present, and future. Not only will we see it in two more of Virgil Abloh’s “The Ten” iterations, but the bubbly Vapormax sole will act as a base for the Air Max 97 in the “Silver Bullet” and “Japan” colorways (with more to come as well). The Air Max 270 will touch down in some OG-inspired colorways, while atmos and Nike’s partnership continues to blossom with the re-issue of the Animal Pack with black pony hair detailing. Finally, VoteForward winner Sean Wotherspoon will see his Air Max 97/1 hybrid design release in wider numbers, giving you a chance at copping one of 2017’s best sneakers.
