HANON And New Balance Celebrate 19th Collaboration With The “Flimby Legend”

Landing on their 19th collaboration together, HANON and New Balance become gradually closer, celebrating what has become a shared heritage thanks to their long-running and seemingly never-ending relationship. Just as their last team effort paid homage to the legendary Flimby factory — the place to which you owe your Made in UK pairs — the latest is of the same path as the 577 “Flimby Legend” aims to evoke the look of a sample that just didn’t quite make it to shelves or a colorway that may have fell by the wayside. The Scottish sneaker shop made sure to evoke the classic NB DNA quite apparently as they make use of the signature grey and navy palettes throughout. Toes and heel wraps take on the neutral tone while more involved color blocking on the “N” logo and its backdrop of panelling shine in their velvety ocean blues. For a detailed look at their gum bottoms and all, be sure to peek below and also find them up for raffle right now before their set September 20th release.
