There’s no question that between everything going on amid the global pandemic as well as the outrage of #BlackLivesMatter protests currently underway across the United States, it can be extremely difficult trying to wrap your head around it all. In relation to the latter, sneaker brands across the board have taken the opportunity to express their grievances and support via social media; essentially emphasizing that the fight for justice against racism should be the top priority right now.
And while buying new sneakers may not be on your to-do list at the moment, various imprints still had a few items lined up to kick off the month of June. Most of them fall under the Beaverton umbrella as Nike and Jordan Brand have a few notable deliveries this week. The Swoosh is debuting their new Zoom Type lifestyle model, dropping their LeBron 17 “Graffiti”, and releasing two Air Max 90 Jewels for their latest “Home and Away” Pack. On the Jumpman side of things, the Hare 6s are set to debut in full family sizes, while the next “Animal Instinct” Air Jordan 3 receives its stateside release. Elsewhere on the lifestyle market, New Balance is continuing their lineage of GR 327s, by reworking the popular silhouette with a “Wax Blue” motif. Scroll here below to learn more about each release, and keep it locked for any updates we gather throughout the week.
