This Nike Vapormax Evo Merges “Redstone” And “Electric Green”

The Nike VaporMax Evo is no longer the brand’s newest visible Airbag-cushioned silhouette (that distinction is currently being held by the Air Max 2021), but it continues serving as a future-thinking proposition. For its latest style, the model has indulged in a “Redstone/Electric Green/Black/White” color palette.

Borrowing design cues from over 10 Air Max sneakers, the VaporMax Evo is arguably visually cluttered, but it’s tendency to mix muted and vibrant tones has been a decision all of its own. Mesh and fabric materials across the pair’s base and tongue boast a deep red tone, while branding and detailing at the toe proffer loud green contrast. Components on the aggressive sole unit also partake in the aforementioned bold tones, although the plump Air unit predominantly sport a “Black” makeup.
