This Women’s Nike Air Max 1 ’87 “Great Indoors” Releases On March 15th

This Women’s Nike Air Max 1 ’87 “Great Indoors” Releases On March 15th

Having recently delivered an “Ugly Duckling” inspired nod to CO.JP, the Nike Air Max 1 certainly ended 2022 on quite the high note. And now that 2023 is officially underway, the Swoosh is beginning to reveal some of the year’s upcoming colorways, such as this newly-revealed, women’s exclusive.

Comprised of various patterns — from animal prints to florals — this Nike Air Max 1 is a bold exercise in maximalism, one not too unlike the many Concepts collaborations released during the first half of 2022. For starters, a cow print is sublimated onto the shoe’s leather mudguard and vamp, while tiger stripes mark the Swoosh in a bright orange finish. The heel and toe cap, in contrast, are more luxurious in their choice of fabric, applying decorative details over top a red and white base, respectively.

Strung up with black velvet laces, this women’s Nike Air Max 1 should be landing at select retailers as well as Nike.com relatively soon. For now, as we await word of a firm release date, sit tight for future updates.

In other news, the Bad Bunny adidas Campus is landing later this year.
