Jared Ebanks A year after establishing themselves within the Metaverse space with the Cool Kids Club, Barcelona-based boutique Sivasdescalzo is further blurring the lines between the physical and digital world alongside the 3-Stripes with their latest collaboration utilizing the adidas Forum Lo.
Separated into a two-toned ensemble, SVD’s latest collaboration with the German behemoth plays upon the idea of flowing between the two-dimensional platform and perspective of the virtual world. Dipping its clad-leather upper in a jet-black association, the constructed membrane wears away to reveal striking purple overlays and branded embellishments. Featuring a transparent dark plum-colored PVC material at the mid-foot and heel, the reimagined ensemble finishes with a vintage tan rubber outsole underfoot in a brightened juxtaposition to the pitch-dark effort above.
