Andrew Rizzo Updated June 2nd, 2025: The Nike Air Max 95 “Black/Buff Gold/Anthracite,” AKA “Batman,” has just emerged in GS sizing. Though most of the design remains true to the originally preview adult pairs, note that these smaller sizes remove the mini Swoosh towards the toe. We still expect a Fall 2025 release.
If you catch a fat L trying to cop Clint419’s “Honey Black” Corteiz Air Max 95, which will likely be the case for many of us, Nike has a consolidation prize in its release queue. This newly-uncovered big bubble style for Summer 2025 is giving “Batman” vibes with a recognizable mix of black, grey, and yellow.
In lockstep with another upcoming colorway, the “Batman” Air Max 95 stands out with a “Buff Gold” mini Swoosh on the lateral side of the toe box. The yellow accent hue also appears on the tongue branding, rear Swoosh border, and of course, within the larger, seamed big bubble Air units. Leather sidewalls encompass the bulk of Sergio Lozano’s design, led by a grey layer featuring a subtle abstract pattern. Black and “Anthracite” treatments land pretty much everywhere else, producing a stealthy aesthetic in-tune with Gotham’s vigilante hero.
The “Batman” Air Max 95 is part of absolutely stacked lineup of releases for the model’s 30th anniversary, including another Air Max 95 “Neon” retro, collaborations, heritage gradient colorways, and other all-new formulations.
Nike hasn’t announced a release date for the “Batman” 95s yet, but we’ll update this article and send out a post on X once pairs become available. In the meantime, enjoy official images below.
