Sneaker News After a much-anticipated release earlier in August in the debut orange colorway, Pharrell’s adidas Jellyfish is set to make landfall once more on October 11th in two new styles.
Defined by Adistar DNA, the Jellyfish has taken the “tech runner” trend to new heights and weights with a sculptural explosion of the running shoe silhouette. While the sneaker is clearly a performance sneaker at heart, adidas has reimagined the model as a jellyfish, with floating gills and layered exoskeleton, properly honoring the beautiful creature of the aquatic world. Below, adidas Originals shares an official look at both the green and grey styles shore-side and underwater.
These colorways of the Jellyfish should look familiar; the grey pair was introduced by way of The Clipse during Men’s Paris Fashion Week earlier in June. Pharrell himself debuted the green pair on-feet, instantly revving up the hype cycle for another launch. These two releases are only the beginning for this stunning new model as several more colorways are confirmed to be available in at least a Royal Blue and a Triple Black style .For now keep focused on an October 11th release date for both pairs on the Confirmed App and select adidas retailers for $300.
