PLEASURES And ASICS Put The “GEL” Back In GEL-LYTE III

PLEASURES And ASICS Put The “GEL” Back In GEL-LYTE III

From 2019 to early 2021, PLEASURES joined forces with a number of sneaker brands, from Converse all the way to ASICS. And after almost two years since their last collaborative effort, the latter is providing the streetwear brand their very own GEL-LYTE III.

Despite what early marketing may suggest, PLEASURES is not literally covering the GEL-LYTE III in “GEL.” What ensues is actually rather understated, mainly comprised of grey suede overlays and lighter mesh inserts. Green piping is then applied throughout the upper, accenting the edge of almost every panel. Cream midsoles sit right below, while black Tiger Stripes and “PLEASURE” text mark the side and heel, respectively.

Enjoy a closer look at the PLEASURES x ASICS GEL-LYTE III right here. A release date has yet to be announced, so sit tight as more details are sure to surface very soon.

Updated August 27th, 2022: A second colorway of the PLEASURES x ASICS GEL-LYTE III has been revealed. The shoes will release on September 3rd.
