Andrew Rizzo Hitting the sweet spot between style and comfort, the New Balance 1906R continues to be a go-to for daily wear. The Boston brand has been running with a style pack strategy as of late, deploying four Cordura 1906Rs and three pastel pairs in 2025 alone. Add one more to the herd; these neutral colorways are coming soon to newbalance.com.
The materials and color blocking are largely kept the same across the delivery. Diamond-patterned mesh, leather overlays, and fabric New Balance logos comprise monochrome uppers, with the dominant color returning on the ABZORB cushioning. The Cream colorway strikes a summer-worthy note, while the Olive Brown lends a more autumnal aesthetic. Meanwhile, a supplement to this year’s round of New Balance Grey Day releases emerges in Grey Matter/Slate Grey/Silver Metallic.
