Home country colors for the fourth edition.

Sneakersnstuff Looks To The 90’s Rave Scene For Their Fourth adidas GT-II

SNS stamped that this year would be one filled with collaborations for them, joining arms with old partners and new as they rung in 25 years in business. The Three Stripes and their “terrace icons” have been the most frequent choice over that span, tapping into a near-“City Series” motif across a brand new model, the GT-II. The tour marches on come May 9th via the just-unveiled SNS adidas GT-II.

While the 90’s rave scene in their home country of Stockholm has been an inspiration for all of the pairs to date, the shimmering appearance of this edition makes it the clearest embrace to date. Reflective pinstripe mesh serves as the base on this pair, a contrast to the suede and leather treatments we’ve spotted in the past twelve months. The colors utilized on this pair only emphasize that, blending together a space age combo of “Tactile Blue/Mystery Blue/Clear Sky,” contrasted with a darkened gum bottom and a white tongue, delivering a poppy piece of contrast in yellow accents that continue on the interior. Tough previous pairs were marked off for Berlin, Paris, and London, seemingly the GT II is sticking home for this edition — only Stockholm itself gets a shout in the brand’s initial marketing materials.

The adidas SNS GT II 4th Edition releases on May 9th, retailing for $130. Catch official campaign images below and keep our “Where To Buy” section nearby to grab yours once launched.
