This week, much of the news cycle was dominated by the ballot-counting in the US Presidential election. And while no candidate has yet been announced victorious, the sneaker space has been full of rumors and official announcements of footwear that many have considered “wins.”
NIKE, Inc. unsurprisingly revealed new colorways of the Air Jordan 1. Somewhat startling, however, were the Zoom CMFT duo that emerged ahead of a likely early 2021 release date. Two of the Jordan 3‘s more anticipated arrangements were also teased, just as the Nike Air Max II and Air Penny 3 were. Official images of the second Air Force 1 by PEACEMINUSONE surfaced. Teased since August, the Nike Dunk Low “Ceramic” also emerged in product shots, and was confirmed for a November 19th launch.
On Team adidas, Pharrell Williams’ NMD Hu continued to pop up in tonal colorways, with some propositions arriving towards the end of November. A Bathing Ape and UNDEFEATED also unveiled a ZX 8000 duo that was modeled by Griselda’s Benny the Butcher as part of the collaboration’s lifestyle campaign. Elsewhere, New Balance and Reebok turned overseas for some of its fall and winter projects.
For all that and more, check out our top eleven headlines from October 31st to November 6th here ahead.
